Description
A fermented crush built for experienced hands who want maximum heat and nothing held back. A cross of Bhut Jolokia and red habanero, fermented from fresh chilies, salt and acetic acid. Fermentation deepens what is under the burn: chocolate, cherry and cinnamon sit beneath around 2,200,000 SHU.
Use it as a concentrated base for extreme sauces, glazes and marinades, or a very small amount to lift a stew. Dose it drop by drop. It does not need help.
