Description

Scotch Bonnet is the heart of real Caribbean flavour. As a Finferno product we selected this powder on quality alone. It offers a combination nothing else quite gives: fresh tropical fruit against a very sharp burn that lingers.

This is the powder for Jamaican jerk chicken and the other Caribbean classics. It works in hot sauces, marinades and stews where you want fruited character alongside real heat.
